Dr. Hong-Chun Hsu is an associate professor of the Department of Medical Informatics at Tzu Chi University, Hualien, Taiwan, R.O.C. He received the BS degree in Computer Science and Information Management from Providence University in 1997, the MS degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University in 1999, and the PhD degree in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, R.O.C. in 2003, respectively. His research interests include graph theory, interconnection networks, algorithms, parallel computing, bioinformatics, neural networks, and Artificial Intelligence.
